At Temaso Bangladesh, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all districts across Bangladesh including:
- Dhaka City – Same-day or next-day delivery available
- Dhaka Division – 1-2 business days
- Other Divisions (Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh) – 2-5 business days
2. Shipping Charges
- Inside Dhaka City: ৳60 – ৳80
- Outside Dhaka (Within Bangladesh): ৳100 – ৳150
- Free Shipping: Available on orders above ৳2,000 (Inside Dhaka)
Note: Shipping charges may vary depending on product size and weight.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
4. Delivery Timeframe
- Dhaka City: 1-2 business days
- Dhaka Division: 2-3 business days
- Other Divisions: 3-5 business days
- Remote Areas: 5-7 business days
Note: Delivery times may be delayed during festive seasons, hartal, or natural calamities.
5. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted and reliable courier services in Bangladesh including Pathao, Paperfly, Sundarban Courier, SA Paribahan, and Redx to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status through the courier’s website or app.
7. Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (due to incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, etc.), the courier will try again. After 2-3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipment
In the rare event your order arrives damaged or gets lost during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date with photo evidence. We will investigate the matter and arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
