3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed on our website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We accept payments via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery (COD).
  • Payment must be completed successfully for your order to be confirmed.

4. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or email. This confirms receipt of your order but does not guarantee product availability. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock or if fraudulent activity is detected.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting our support team. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. For post-delivery issues, please refer to our Return & Refund policy.

6. Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery if the product is defective or damaged.
  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned product is inspected.
  • We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.
  • Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
